School-based Trainees and apprentices
School-based traineeships and apprenticeships allow school-aged students to start a trade or vocational qualification while still in high school. Students split their time between attending school, on-the-job training, and employment. This arrangement enables them to gain practical, hands-on skills in their chosen industry while continuing their education.
